We process only data essential to booking, billing, and scheduling:

• Contact Information: Full name, corporate email address, and contact telephone number.
• Deployment Parameters: Language pairs, date, duration, venue, and domain terminology context.
• Financial Data: Corporate billing coordinates, VAT identification, and transaction records handled via certified payment gateways.

Our video remote and audio interpretation services utilize end-to-end encrypted WebRTC channels with TLS 1.3 and SRTP (AES-256). All accredited interpreters operate under binding unilateral non-disclosure covenants.

Data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract to deliver interpretation services) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in fraud prevention and security monitoring).
