Hanioo is a technology platform that connects clients with independent interpreters for language interpretation and communication services. Hanioo facilitates the booking and connection process but does not directly provide interpretation services.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Hanioo may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms. The service is intended for users aged 18 and above, subject to the conditions stated in these Terms.

Users can select and book interpreters based on their language requirements and availability. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Booking payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies displayed by Hanioo.

Interpreters on Hanioo operate as independent service providers and are not employees of Hanioo. They are responsible for providing professional and timely services. Hanioo does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any particular interpreter.

Users must use Hanioo lawfully and respectfully. Fraudulent bookings, fake reviews, impersonation, harassment, abuse, discrimination, and attempts to bypass the Hanioo booking system are prohibited.

Hanioo acts as an intermediary between clients and independent interpreters. Interpretation quality and accuracy may vary depending on language, dialect, context, and other factors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hanioo's liability is limited as stated in these Terms.

Hanioo collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users acknowledge that their information may be processed for account management, bookings, payments, service delivery, security, and platform improvement.

Hanioo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after significant changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Hanioo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled through the applicable dispute-resolution process, including arbitration or courts in India, as applicable.
